CoLearn: Transforming Education with AI

CoLearn is an EdTech company in Indonesia that uses AI to help students understand math problems. Initially a tuition center platform, CoLearn transformed into an automated, scalable learning tool during the COVID-19 pandemic, with features like automated doubt-solving and interactive live classes. Through customer insights and A/B testing, they refined their features to include Ask (automated doubt solving), Live Class, and Practice. They also leveraged WhatsApp chatbot and designed a cohesive design system to ensure consistency and accessibility. The new CoLearn, launched in August 2020, has reached over 2.5 million users and received positive feedback from students.
